5 large eggs
8 oz. cream cheese
1 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk

4 cups frozen blueberries (You may substitute any fruit you like)
2 tsp cornstarch
1/4 cup water
2 Tbsp sugar

(seperate eggs)
beat cream cheese until smooth add milk mix 1 min add egg yolks beat 2 mins.
in seperate bowl beat egg whites until stiff fold in to cream cheese mix
spray inside of springform pan put foil on outside put in another pan fill with boiling water so it comes to bottom of the cheesecake bake 50 min. at 325 degree's.

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine 2 Tbsp sugar, 1/4 cup water, 2 tsp cornstarch. As soon as it starts to thicken, add 4 cups of blueberries and cook until lightly bubbly. Don’t boil. Let cool to room temp and spread on top of the cheesecake when serving. You can make this sauce ahead of time and serve the next day as well.
