SLOW COOKER CINNAMON ROLL CASSEROLE

Ingredients
2 - 12 ounce tubes refrigerator cinnamon rolls
4 eggs
1/2 cup whipping cream, unwhipped
3 tablespoons maple syrup
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Method
Spray your crock pot with cooking spray.
Cut each cinnamon rolls into quarters and make two separate piles.
Beat eggs, cream, maple syrup, vanilla and spices until blended well, set aside.
Place a layer (1 pile) of cinnamon rolls evenly into prepared crock.
Over this, pour on the egg mixture over all. Add the remaining cinnamon rolls (2nd pile) over the top of egg mixture. Spoon one packet of icing evenly over rolls.
Cover and cook on LOW for 2 1/2 to 3 hours or until sides are golden and rolls are set. Drizzle remaining icing packet over top and serve warm.
